Is there any way to use something like {cms_selflink href = 'page alias'} with the news?

I have to link specific news. Until now, I do it with absolute url like "http: //localhost/pb2015a/news/1/60/News-Module-Installed.html".

Is there any way to use the very smart and usefull solution "page_alias" with news?
