Gallery module - cannot select images to place on a page

Post by SuffolkMan »

CMS 1.11.11
Gallery 2.0.1
PHP 5.3.3
MySQL 5.5.33

New site in development.

After installing the gallery Module I cannot navigate to the directory holding an image where the folder was either created or its content modified via the Gallery module. I can install an image 'long-hand' by editing the HTML.

This is the error message I see after selecting a folder in the navigation window:

ERROR: at line 137 in file /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/bc/us/uf/bcusuffolk.org.uk/public_html/debencc/modules/FileManager/lib/class.filemanager_utils.php:

This might be where it gets more complicated. Since posting the message I have examined the site admin log and I get this error:

Cannot load module JQueryTools ... Problem loading dependent module CGExtensions version 1.42.2

Now, on the modules page CGExtensions is showing as version 1.20 and saying an update is required. Attempting to download and update does not work, but I KNOW that the installed module was 1.42.2.

If the Gallery issue is related to this then I need to correct, but I can't see a way of removing CGExtensions and re-installing.

Any pointers?

Not sure if it's related but most of (if not all) CG's modules need PHP 5.4
