Question: FEU Custom Content Upload and Management

CMSMS 1.11.11 New Site Development

I need to develop a private section for multiple frontend users.

I'm familiar with FEU and Custom Content.

One way:
The admin could create pages for each private user.
The admin could upload content then add links to files to the user page for the user to download.

I would like this to be more streamlined and automated for the admin. Not sure if there is a better way to do this.

For example using Listit2 to create a module to perform the content upload and add a message via and editor.

Issue
Is it possible to tie in a FEU user account with each item submitted via a listit2 module.

Admin Requirements

User Requirements
Sign In / Sign Out
View and download Uploaded content

Any advice would be great.

Your best bet is to use the "Uploads" module as it ties in with FEU and groups etc...
