In need of "dummy" support.

The place to talk about things that are related to CMS Made simple, but don't fit anywhere else.

In need of "dummy" support.

Post by welsfordvfd »

Hey everyone,

I hope I am posting in the right location and I really hope that someone can give me some tips/pointer/ or even better, help me get started by walking me through the CMS for our website. I have used CMS made simple for website with it already integrated but never had to integrate it myself.

We are a volunteer fire department with an existing basic html website: http://www.welsfordvfd.com

I have successfully installed CMS in: http://www.welsfordvfd.com/cms.

If someone could be of extreme help for a non-profit organization to help me convert our already existing pages to work with CMS made simple that would be outstanding. I am a quick learner so if we could walk through one or two pages I am sure I could apply the same knowledge to the rest myself.

You may reply here or simply email me at smcaleer@welsfordvfd.com

- I appreciate your time and really hope someone will help me out!

It's very simple: you can't integrate the excisting html-website, you have to manually copy and paste the content in your cms.
