How to get mailadres sender in the to-field [solved]

Post by babel »

I'm using Formbuilder. The idea is that the mailadres from the sender will be the mailadres if the reply button is pressed in Outlook or other mailprogram. I know it's possible, but how?

I've looked before in the advanced field. Tried one that seemed okay, but not so. Sorry, your answer Dr. CSS is no help for me.

Choose advanced field. Fill for fieldtype Email "From Address" Field and Which email headers should this input populate? choose for "From" email adress. That does the trick.

It is there. It is and email address input field called something like "mail from" and then you need to set it correctly as the mail from and/or the reply to address.

Advanced mode --> 'Email "From Address" Field'

Note that some mail servers don't accept 'spoofing' which in fact you're doing this way.
