Try clearing the cache in the /tmp/cache and /tmp/_templates directories and then see if that helps.

If you are not really needing the Extended Tools module, try removing it or renaming the directory in the /modules/
I think this is an older module that may not have been made ready for CMSMS ver 1.11.x and there are other modules that may provide similar functionality and/or ways to do some of that using Smarty directly.
