I don't know which versions of PHP/MYSQL are used !

Your version of CMSMS is no longer supported as is too old. The 1st recommended step is to upgrade (read the docs carefully: http://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/upgrading ... nformation and http://docs.cmsmadesimple.org/upgrading/old-versions)
