[fixed] DesignMgr: stylesheets and bulk actions problem

Hi,

When you go to the DesignManager / Stylesheets / Tick on the "Select all" checkbox at the right top of the table, and then unselect one or more of the stylesheets, the bulk actions box at the bottom of the table is disabled

We should be able to select all, and then just unselect the stylesheets we want to keep

Edit : More about that: if you simply check two stylesheets, and then unselect one, the bulk actions box is disabled too
