[Solved] How would I set up dual checkouts? (CGECommerce)

My client has two types of customer:

1) businesses on monthly postpaid invoice. It would make sense for these customers to check out via FEU login, and no payment processing required.

2) First-time customers (usually individuals) - best if they can purchase without creating a FEU account. Turnover does not warrant using a payment gateway, so they are given instructions for payment by Internet banking*, and good are shipped when payment is received.
(* I know this is rare in the US, but very common in NZ)

Also, with only one country permitted for shipping/billing, the checkout form is not displaying a form field for country, and rejecting the form submission because country is not sent.

1) What are they getting, is it the same for all clients..?

2) There is an anonymous check out setting that doesn't require FEU but the system still needs a country...

It would still help to know more about the exact set up/functions you need...

Ok, I realised that I hadn't configured FEU, so I've been focusing on that first.
We won't have self-account creation for FEU - companies will apply for accounts offline and they will be set up via admin, then a password reset generated.
- I fixed the lack of differentiation between shipping and billing addresses in the default labels.
- I provided the single value "New Zealand=NZ" in both the country dropdowns.
- I added an FEU text field for Company
However, neither the company field nor the country dropdown is showing on the new/edit user form. Now fixed (I edited group)
I see that I could redirect these users to a different checkout page following login.
- I don't want the FEU login form to contain a captcha, but can't see how to disable it.

Yes, products are the same for both types of customer - packs of coffee.
