When editing a user and changing some user group settings, after submitting the form, selected group is applied to user that has submitted those changes.
Example:
1. Log in as user that is member of Admin group.
2. Go to "User Management" -> "Backend Users"
3. Click on some other user to edit
4. Go to "Backend Groups" tab
5. Check in example "Designer" group and hit "Submit"
You will be faced with blank page "Permission denied" as "Designer" group was applied to your account.
