Company Directory - pretty urls

Hi,
I'd like to set up Company Directory module to use pretty urls but unfortunately it doesn't work.

Categories seems to be ok (shows pretty url) but on click it redirects to /companies/bycategory/1//CategoryName which shows Not Found 404

Hierarchy links to /index.php?mact=CompanyDirectory,cntnt01,default,0&cntnt01hier=HierName&cntnt01returnid=15 - so pretty urls doesnt work for it.

When I click to company detail it works fine - shows on url set in company details.

Do I need some additional rules in .htaccess ? (I am using htaccess from /doc dir of cmsms and pretty urls are working on regular sites)

Where can I find informations about using and instaling this module (exept module help) ?

Is there some option to change that make pretty url work for hierarchy?

Instalation is on omfg.pl temp domain.
Any help will be appreciated.

I will use list2 instead of companydirectory.
