how to reset admin password

Hello, I've installed 1.11.10.
For some reason I don't know (not excluded my site has been exploited) I cannot access to admin panel, because password has been changed.

How can I reset the password for a user, even an admin one, or in case, how do I add a new admin user using only a mysql client?
Is there any other way to do it without having access to the admin panel?

What I've found in my DB is that admin row has been changed password and mail address.

FYI email written by this bad guy is: spycrackhacker @ gmail.com
and googleing around I've seen that I'm not the only one to have got a visit from this guy.

I don't know how this guy got access to my DB... I suspect code injection...
