Module Media Player do not work with ie11 Win8.1

I take it that the Media Player you are talking about is from some module?
You probably have different versions of flash player on each browser. The 1st thing to do is to check on the Adobe site if all browsers versions are up to date.

Why does Media Player not work correctly in ie11 on Win 8.1.
I don't have this problem with Chrome.

with ie10 and win7 on my netbook no problem every think work well.

There is your answer. It's something with one of your systems/browsers, not an actual issue related with either CMSMS or a module. You should dig a bit more on the web, and search for issues with video CODEC's, flv files and encoding, and related info. You'll eventually find out that many people experienced this problem and there are solutions but, again, not CMSMS modules related.
