If you are using version 0.7.4 it is a known bug. That version has a few issues and was pulled off of the forge. Go there and download, 0.7.3.
First, grab an xml copy of all your forms from the formbuilder admin and uninstall and remove 0.7.4.

Then install, 0.7.3, import your xml forms and test.


PS. a database backup would be a good thing to do first.

0.7.4 has a known bug with the pulldown. Don't use that version.
