upload video on

I have a 3 min music video I would like to give the public a chance to see it.

I go into my edit pages>type the name of the video > then highlight it and choose link > upload the video> and it doesn't work when I view the page and try and click on the title.

Anyone give me any guidance on the best format for a web video and how to addapt it into my websiste for viewing?

I would use flv. try searching this forum I think some people have created plugins for flv players

I would use flv (Flash video format), but I would actually sign up to a free service to actually serve the video
Check out youtube.com, you can sign up and upload your video and then the source code to play it is given to you from youtube.
No bandwidth costs, no problems...
Also, people can visit youtube and see your video in all it's glory!
