Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

A fresh install of 1.0- and when trying to edit the global metadata i get a 403 forbidden - I have spent hours CHMOD everything in site to 777 - still no luck.
If I take a MSQL dump from a local testing server and insert the tables - it mostly works - but my search module doesn't. I had no problems with 0.13 a few months back - but 1.0 isn't being friendly.
