Possible to upgrade from 1.2.5 & 1.5.4 to Bartolome?

I don't want to go into the history behind this, but as the subject says, is it possible to upgrade two sites, one running 1.2.5 and the other 1.5.4 to the latest version of CMS Made Simple?

Upgrading from old version is mostly a 3rd party problem.
Which modules and plugin/tags do you use?
I did an upgrade from 1.0.6 to latest a few weeks ago without problems.

Both sites are very basic and don't have any modules and plugins.
