[SOLVED] Horizontal Rule not visible

[SOLVED] Horizontal Rule not visible

Hi -- I'm using CMSMS 1.11.9 with TinyMCE, and tweaking the NCleanBlue template and stylesheets.

Can't get the <hr /> to appear, either in TinyMCE or in output. Haven't gotten it to work on other sites, but can't make it happen with this installation on Arvixe.

Must be some setting I'm not seeing, maybe an accessibility setting? But can't figure it out.

Any ideas?

Check themes accessibility stylesheet. It is set to display none or something.
