Fombuilder 0.1.1 install problem CMSMS 1.0.1

Just completed a CMSMS Upgrade from version .13 to 1.0 FormBuilder module won't install.
I installed CMSMailer 1.73.10 with no problem. Click Install for FormBuilder 0.1.1 and I get the message
'You need the "Modify Forms" permission to perform that operation.'
When I check permissions - Modify Forms isn't even listed!
Reported as a bug in the Forge but got no response.

Any solutions or ideas?

Greg, I just experienced the exact same problem but with CMSMS 1.0.5. I also has the same problem with Form Browser.

The solution you used worked for me too. But I feat that this is just a workaround and not a true fix. Did you ever figure out what the 'real' problem was?

I have another installation of CMSMS on a different server that did not have this problem when trying to add Form Bulilder and Browser.

So I'm thinking of installing 1.0.5 over my current installation of 1.0.5 to see if there is a bad file in there somewhere causing the problem. Your thoughts?
