Something like query string: page
do not change this, do it after installation on config.php

Could you explain me what it does, and if necessary point me docs about it. As query string is a general term, my search does not return relevant results.

Why do you want to change it? Use pretty urls...

With default settings, and without pretty URLS enabled, links and URLS to CMSMS Pages will look like:

http://www. mysite.com/index.php?page=something

where page is the query variable, which can be changed in the config.php
