How to call a Product Hierarchy (ID) from Product Details

Hello, I've looked everywhere and just can't figure it our or find answers on thr forum. Here's what I'm doing.

I'm building an Artist store using Products and I want to use Hierarchy to add the Artisans, that way users can shop by Artisan if they want. I also want to have link backs, so when a user is viewing a product they can see the Artisan that made the product and link to all of their products.

This would be simple if I had access to say {Products action="hierarchy" hierarchy_id="75"} but I can't call an hierarchy can I?

Any help trying to ge tthe going would be great. I had it working on an older site but maybe things have changed?
