Help - News module error when posting new article

Hi,

Each time I try to post a new news item using the news module, upon hitting submit I get the following text on screen and the news item isn't posted. This has only started happening in the past few weeks. If anyone can shed any light on why it's happening and how I can fix it I would be very grateful.
