Trying to output my Forum posts please help....

Ok I have read the very thorough tutorial on how to use SSI.php to show recent forum posts onto your website.

I have been trying for about 8 hours and I still can not figure it out, I'm pretty sure I'm close but I'm missing something.

I have my forum added onto the domain www.gosford-city.com as a sub domain at  http://www.forum.gosford-city.com/ but it also works at  http://www.gosford-city.com/forum/

I am trying to display my recent forum posts onto CMS made simple, I need to add the correct code in the header.

Now i am using a php site so i have to add



in the header

is this the correct path as it's not working.

Then the example says to type



in the page to display the output, It is not working and I'm sure I have to add something else, can you help?

or you can turn on use_smarty_php_tags in the config.php and then use {php} and {/php} to delimit your php code.
