Add to cart not showing

I am testing our CG's Ecommerce package. I have followed and installed all modules, built pages, configured each module, etc.

I must be missing something because on a product display page the "Add To Cart" components don't appear.

Here are the plugins I have added in the "Content" box of the Hierarchy page.

{Cart2 sku='FBBOOK'}

Can someone tell me what I forgot or am missing?

If I remember well, the Cart tag is between quotes in the Products detailtemplate. You might need to remove them...
