Trouble with Hebrew text

I'm using 1.9.4.2 "Faanui" with PHP 5.2.17 .
My page:http://livingpresence.com/home_hebrew.html.
What I want is to switch to RTL text direction and possible a "flipping" of the whole template so that menu etc. would go to the right.

You need to upgrade, make a new/copy of the template and set the RTL in the <head>, change the CSS to flip it...
