How to set the home page?

Forgive me if this has been answered - but I couldn't find it in my searching.

My newly installed site is pulling up a different page than the "home" page when anyone visits the initial url. It's always pulling up id # 13.

What is the way to change the default home page for anonymous users?

Content > Pages > column 'standard'

The page to start with is marked with a green V

Last time I checked it was the 'Default' column that sets the home page...
