Searching template

Could you please give me some advice how to create one template.
I like very much this site.

How can I make something similar.
Do I need to use deferent template for each sub page, and how to create different buttons for links in index page.

The sub pages are all pretty similar designs, so you could make 1 template for those and bring in different classes for the different colour panels.

I would probably tackle the home page buttons with button sprites:
