Availability - reservations from the backend do not work

1.
There is a table missing when one installs the module.
It is notified in the forge.
I have made the table by hand through PHPmyadmin and now I can confirm reservations.

2.
Making reservations from the backend does not work. I have looked for error-massages but there are none.
What should I do in order to get some debugging information from the backend?
