upgrading from FrontEndUsers 1.21.10

When trying to upgrade FrontEndUsers from version 1.21.10 to any newer version, I get a blank screen. I turned on debug and got this error: Fatal error: Class 'CGExtensions' not found in /modules/FrontEndUsers/FrontEndUsers.module.php on line 41. I deleted FrontEndUsers from the module folder and the site comes back up.

I see the latest FEU and CGExtensions in the system info you pasted...

This is the dependents for FEU...

Module Name: FrontEndUsers

Version: 1.21.15

CMSMailer => 1.73.9
CGExtensions => 1.31

Thanks. I reverted CGExtensions to 1.31 and then tried to upgrade FEU again. It said CGExtensions had to be upgraded to 1.34. So I let it do that and then I went into module manager and clicked "needs upgrade" next to FEU. This produced the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'CGExtensions' not found in /modules/FrontEndUsers/FrontEndUsers.module.php on line 41

I have not tried to "downgrade" cmsmailer yet.

The dependents are minimum versions needed not the max versions so I have no idea why you would get any error or have a problem...
