How to track if a FEU sends out an email out while logged in

Sorry for asking, but is there a way to track if a Front End User sends out an e-mail? I'm trying to keep track of members who want to tell a friend about something. Is there anything built like this for cmsms 1.11.4?


..or is there a way to auto-populate a form email field with the FEU's email address? before they submit?
