HELP - Migration problems

People,

I am trying to migrate from 1.66 to the current release. I installed 1.7, then 1.8, and then 1.9. All was well and there did not appear to be any problems. All install are from base or english files and are done on the server via tar xvfz

I then installed 1.10 and nothing would display (garbage text). I rechecked the documentation and found that I had to install 1.9.4.3 so I did so.

I now see the front page but I DO NOT SEE any menu. It is just missing.

Any thoughts.

It all depends on how the {menu} is called..?
