Promotions 1.1.2 module error

Just reinstalled CMSMS 1.11.5 and after uploading clean all new versions of ecommerce modules again,
it's impossible to use Promotions...
The module is configured in CGEcommerceBase.
But when uncommented the promotions line in the template, it returns this error: http://i48.tinypic.com/10gwuh3.png

And again, as reported before, after installing Promotions 1.1.2, in Products preferences something strange happens.
Some fields that should be in CGEcommerceBase are shown. And if I click Set Event Handlers changing $ in € for example it confirms but nothing happens !

I don't know about the second problem but the first one seems to be from something changing the HTML character from > to > which can throw it off, make sure this isn't a wysiwyg problem...

the character is returned like > from cmsms debugger.

Calguy has released a 1.1.3 version in the meantime...with other bugs, so not solved as of today !
