- try putting CMSMS in debug mode and see what errors come up.
(add $config['debug']=TRUE in config.php)
- If you have access to your host account cPanel (or equivalent) check if there are any php errors.
- If you have access to the admin log of CMSMS there may also be some clues there.

which version of cms made simple are you using? Is your cms up-to-date? Are your modules up-to-date? which php-version? etc ...
