[SOLVED] FrontEndUsers has disappeared from the menu

Hi--just upgraded to 1.11.5. Have FrontEndUsers 1.21.2, all other modules and dependencies up-to-date. "Front End Users" is missing from the "Users and Groups" menu of CMS. There are four items in Users and Groups: Users, Groups, Group Assignments, Group Permissions.

I've used FrontEndUsers many times, but it has been a little while...Has anyone else experienced this disappearance?

Clear your cache and it should come back

Thanks calguy. I did Site Admin | System Maintenance | Cache and Content | Clear Cache. FrontEndUsers has re-appeared.

Doing this also removed the following database errors:
