Couple of issues I can't fix

Only menu icons working on left hand side, not text

This seem to have happened on its own and is across more than one site.

I have searched and checked for upgrades to modules and upgraded to 1.11.5

Most of the symptoms listed in the first post remind me very much of a mod_security problem. It's a hosting issue and so

suggests your host may have just switched mod_security on (or adjusted it a bit).

Here's a similar thread that helped me get to the bottom of my mod_security problem:

My host has to whitelist the mod_security rule 950004. Admin theme OneEleven then works perfectly.

Ok they have made the changes and no differance. This seems to have effected upgraded sites not clean install of 1.11.5. I'm going to uprage one of the working sites to see if it stops.
