Anchors in different columns

I have a page set up with CSSMenu + 2 column.

I want to anchor from the left column to the right column.

I've tried using anchor in the editor, but can only link within the same column.

Please can someone tell me how to anchor/link across two columns?

Look at the ^Top anchor in a default template to see how, it should work in the second column...
