Uploading big files in Productmanager error

hi, i'm running 1.10.3 "Hyacinthe" with productmanager (PM).
The client wants to upload big files (5 to 10mb) from PM.
This doesnt always work. The browser is working a while and sometimes remains working, other times they even get a login screen, after not more then 10 minutes.

So not sure what's going on here. this could be time or size related, but I don't know where to check if there are settings set for these.

Is anyone's got a clue, that would be very much appreciated!

Check the system information page for these, it will tell you what the system settings for upload size and time are...
