After upgrade cms made simple from 1.8.2 to 1.11.4

I did an upgrade on cms made simple from 1.8.2 to 1.11.4 and all worked fine. In this when I logged into admin (in 1.11.4 version) the menu appears at top

Then I did a fresh installation of cms made simple 1.11.4 as a separate source. In this source when I logged into admin the menu appears at left side and some interface feature different

I have attached a file containing screen shots

Kindly clarify why this difference

Hi,

This is a difference in the admin theme!

You can change it at my Preferences >> My account >> User Preferences >> Administration Theme for you own account

And at Site Admin >> Global Settings >> General Settings >> Default Administration Theme for the admin login screen and new users.

The menu on the top is the NCleanGrey theme and the one with the menu on the left is called OneEleven.

One more error I have.After upgrading from 1.8.2 to 1.11.4 in edit content page it shows error as below for the 'Header image' drop down
