First.... you need to tell us the version of CMSMS.
if you can't get into the admin, look into the version.php
if your site was moved to a new server it's possible that the email settings for the new server does not match what CMSMailer has and therefore CMSMailer is unable to send emails.
You can also look at the docs site for instructions on how to reset a lost password if you have direct access to the database.
