1 database 2 sites or export content

Hi,

I have a website at .com and the same name at .co.uk.

Is it possible to do another install, but point the database to .co.uk
I have already tried but ran in to problems.
when i export content database and import to new install, it will not display the same content..

any advice?

Why not set both domain names to one website?

You can't have two CMSes connect to a single database.
