Home page keeps changing to basic template

Using windows 7, google chrome, cmsms 1.11.2.1

my home page is www.know-botz.com. At the moment it shows as a bare bones template, and when i click the home button it takes me to http://www.know-botz.com/cmssimple/.

I thought this was a hosting issue so i keep getting in touch with my provider. They will reset it so the home button points to www.know-botz.com, and the template is correct.

Then when I start making changes through my cmsms admin panel it changes back so the template is basic on www.know-botz.com and the home button points to http://www.know-botz.com/cmssimple/ again.

Why is it doing this?

Is this a single cmsms installation?
Did you check if the paths are set correctly on config.php?
Is there a .htaccess file on either paths and could these cause conflict?
Are there any modules, other than core, installed and are these up to date?
