Newsletter made simple, question

Hello everybody,

I have a question for my chef knife website: www.koksmes.net

The module newslettermadesimple works fine, you can see it in the footer of the site. I want the module to put the words "Name" and Email" in the text fields instead of above. They have to disappear when you click them. The last thing should be done by javascript perhaps? The search module already knows how to do that... I'm not that good at smarty... Hope someone can help me.

And is there a way (by using anchors or a better way?) to get the site to load at the footer, instead of at the top of the page, when somebody subscribes the email listing? Now a user has to scroll down and might miss the mention.
