Table editor is not visible?

Hello I am new here and i hope someone can help me with this.

I wanted to edit something in the wysywyg editor and i don't know how to get the table editor in the top navigation menu. I know that it is possible.

Does any of you know how to get it there?

Go to tinyMCE admin and on Profiles tab, second profile, is a checkbox for using tables...
