Image Manager and Module Error

Installed CMS version 0.13 "Canary"

had been drowing this forum to fix the image manager error :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /lib/filemanager/ImageManager/images.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

There is no set : File Creation Mask (umask): from "022" to "002" in the Global Setting Panel . Could it be that it's not available in this version ?

Tried to instal module which is in XML version. However ,I get this error message :
DTD Version missing or incompatible in the XML file

Help me !!!!!  I'd been re installing and re - dropping tables from my PHPmyAdmin for almost a day but still can't get this thing to work

The file creation mask thing is in the 1.0 series, you are correct.

The permissions error your encountering wouldn't be covered by this anyways, it looks like an upload issue.  check the permissions on that file, and make sure they are at least 444 on the php files.
