Help setting up CompanyDirectory

Hi, I have already running latest 1.11.2 site that needs CompanyDirectory for displaying dealer companies, about 70 of them. I would need only search/display option for listing those companies, either by selecting city or just adding your postal code and displaying nearby dealers.

Optional would be if this could be integrated to Google Maps so that it would show that company also in the map. I have set up already own custom google map with all the dealers that is currently in the site, don't know if this can be utilized in integration or not?

Basically its enough just to take that module in use, with those settings and guiding me how to make the css styling around it.

If you have any reference work related to CompDir, would be nice but good understanding of CompDir module is also enough.
