[Solved] Admin CSS broken 1.11.1

After moving CMSMS 1.11.1 from a subdirectory to the root folder I struck this issue and I can't seem to resolve it.

The frontend of the website is working just fine, however in the Admin area (regardless of changing admin theme to OneEleven or Ngrey) has no Stylesheets!

Clearing cache makes no difference either.

Stylesheets look like this in the source code.

I can even navigate directly to http://mysite.com/admin/style.php?_sx_=be8fc59c and see the stylesheet no problem.

When navigating to Admin > Pages, I get this error

Output has already been sent to the browser at /home/mysite/domains/mysite.com/public_html/config.php:20. Please make sure the command $xajax->processRequest() is placed before this.

Anyone have any ideas?

OK, here's how I fixed the issue!

Pondering the possible meaning of the error message, within my config file, I placed

$config['url_rewriting'] = 'mod_rewrite';

BEFORE

$config['timezone'] = 'Pacific/Auckland';

everything started working fine! Sorry to waste time on the forum, but I hope this helps someone in future.
