Update php 5.2.17 to 5.3. What problems to expect?

Hi everybody,
My hosting company is upgrading the php to 5.4.
In my cmsms I see that my site has php 5.2.17.
What do I have to do?
What problems to expect?
I have cmsms 1.9.4.2 with these modules:
cmsmailer,
filemanager,
menumanager,
modulemanager,
news,
nusoap,
captcha,
gallery,
printing,
search,
tinymc,
formbuilder.
