products 2.17 copy attributes not working [SOLVED]

Hi,

copy attributes in products 2.17 is not working for me, there's no error messages but the attributes simply aren't copied from one product to another. This feature is pretty important to me because there will be hundreds of products in the database all with the same attributes. I also cannot install products products 2.18 because then I get a message that I need jquery tools 1.0.11.

sorry I don't know what went wrong earlier but it works now..

Still can't upgrade but that is not urgent
