getting unwanted content when clicking link (SOLVED)

when I select a menu-map link and the page content display, I'm getting unwanted text before my original text which read "This is the contacts page". . .when I press "f5" to refresh page, then all the text before my original text is gone...

What could be causing this...goto "www.mobileitt.com/cms/ and select "Our Company" within top menu-map and you will see what I'm referring too.

I don't see the problem, that text is in the Content: box from what I can see...

What is this doing in there?...

It was already included when I create any new page...I'll have to research to see why it's doing that.. Thx

Issue resolved...it appears the unwanted content was included as a Global tag...not sure how, but I deleted it..
