[solved] Can't pick photos in content blocks

First, sorry for my bad English but I hope you'll understand my problem.

I made my first site with CMS Made Simple, everything works fine except the thing that one one (not the admin, not the designer, not the editor) can upload photos when you work in the content blocks.

I searched for an example of how this blocks used to be and on that pictures there are two taskbars. In my page there's only one taksbar with the possibility to use links, make paragraphs and make the font bold/italic, but unfortunately there's no possibility to choose photos. (I sent a screenshot where you can see)

Does anyone know what to do? Thank you.
